The Gathering House is a large and modern two storey home which is ideal for multiple couples, extended families or groups looking for a memorable beach getaway.

With four separate living rooms spread across two levels and an equal number of bathrooms and bedrooms, this beautifully appointed home allows your large group to enjoy a holiday together under the one roof while offering plenty of space to spread out with a degree of privacy.

At the front of the home is the first living room which has large windows that catch the morning sun, a sofa, arm chairs and work desk. The second living area is a large central space with a coffered ceiling, 75 inch Smart TV with surround sound, two sofas, bean bags and a foosball table. At the rear of home is the third living area with a huge corner couch and an 85 inch Smart TV with a premium surround sound system. The adjoining dining space has a table which seats 8 people and there are 4 stools under the kitchen bench. The stylish kitchen has a spacious butler's pantry and includes a 5 burner gas cooktop, gas oven, microwave, air fryer, coffee pod machine, a fridge with filtered water and an ice maker, dishwasher, and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Upstairs is the fourth living room which includes comfortable couches and a 75 inch Smart TV with a sound system.

The Gathering House has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 14 people.

Secure parking is available for two cars in the garage which has internal access to the home. There is space for one additional vehicle on the driveway as well as street parking.

Take a 14 minute walk or 3 minute drive to the nearest sandy beach which is at the end of Justice Road. Supermarkets, shops, cafes and restaurants in the centre of Cowes are a 5 minute drive away.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 1 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
