The Haven

The Haven is a beautifully appointed home with charming character, situated within a quiet court in the exclusive Silverleaves area to the east of Cowes.

The open plan living area has a lounge with a wood fire, air-conditioning, a huge TV with Foxtel channels, DVD player, DVD library, Bluetooth speakers and a great selection of books, magazines and games. There is a dining space and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker.

The Haven has 4 bedrooms with supremely comfortable beds and can comfortably sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 13.

• Bedroom 1 - one queen bed
• Bedroom 2 - one queen bed, one fold-up single bed
• Bedroom 3 - one single bed, one tri-bunk
• Bedroom 4 - one single bed, one tri-bunk

There are two bathrooms - an ensuite and a main bathroom with a spa bath.

Outside is a large deck with a 10 seat outdoor setting and gas BBQ that is covered by a shade sail. This deck overlooks a neat backyard with a hot and cold outdoor shower and a large area of lawn.

The Haven is 600 metres walk from a safe and secluded bay beach and close to the Phillip Island Golf Club. The main street of Cowes, with its supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and multitude of shops, is 2 kilometres from the property.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
