Two Family Oasis

Two Family Oasis is a delightful two storey holiday home, situated with walking distance of the beach.

This home is ideal for two families to share, with bedrooms, a bathroom and living areas on both levels.

Upstairs is a large open plan living area with reverse-cycle air-conditioning. It has a lounge area that is surrounded by windows and includes comfortable couches, TV, DVD player and a selection of card and board games. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with a 5 burner gas cooktop, large 900mm gas oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cookware, crockery and cutlery. A bar fridge is located in the storeroom behind the kitchen. Next to the kitchen is a dining area with a table that seats 8 people.

A door from the upstairs living area opens onto a huge elevated deck, complete with a 10 seat outdoor dining table and BBQ. From here, enjoy serene views of the surrounding trees and the front yard.

Downstairs is a large rumpus room. It includes a corner lounge suite, TV, DVD player and table tennis table. A sliding glass door opens directly out to the backyard.

Two Family Oasis has 5 bedrooms and can sleep up to 13 people.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

At the rear of the home is a fully fenced yard with a fire pit (bring your own wood) and an outdoor hot shower. There plenty of space for children to play safely. At the front of the home is a small covered deck with seating for two.

Parking is available for 2 cars under the carport and there is space for an additional 4 vehicles or boat on the driveway.

Two Family Oasis is located in a quiet leafy court, a 14 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the nearest beach. Take a 4 minute drive into the heart of Cowes with its extensive selection of shops, restaurants and cafes.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 1 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
