Melbourne Townhouse is a stylishly appointed and modern apartment located within the architecturally designed Elm & Stone building in Docklands, just a short walk from Melbourne's CBD.
Spanning three levels and totalling 115 square metres, this fully air-conditioned apartment consists of a bedroom and bathroom on each of the upper and lower levels, plus an open plan living area on the middle level. This layout provides space and privacy for a small family (up to 2 adults and 2 children) or for two couples who wish to share the apartment. A single couple is also welcome to stay.
The middle level living area has a comfortable lounge suite and a large wall-mounted TV with Netflix and pay TV channels. There is a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with gas cooktop, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee pod machine, blender, toaster, kettle, refrigerator and dishwasher.
This apartment has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 4 people.
Each bedroom has its own ensuite with a large rain shower, vanity unit and toilet.
Quality linen, towels and basic toiletries are supplied.
There is a European laundry with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.
Please note that due to the layout of this property, there are multiple interior stairs. An elevator provides access to the floor where the apartment is located.

Getting to Melbourne Townhouse is easy for guests arriving via public transport. If coming from Melbourne Airport, catch SkyBus to Southern Cross Station. Regional rail passengers should travel to the train terminus at Southern Cross Station. From there, travel on tram number 86 for 1½ kilometres - there is tram stop right in front of Melbourne Townhouse.
Melbourne Townhouse is an excellent base from which to explore Melbourne's many attractions. With public transport within easy reach, including the free City Circle Tram at your doorstop, the fantastic shopping and entertainment precincts of Melbourne are only minutes away.
