The Aston is a stunning and luxurious three storey home, perfectly positioned opposite the beach.

This beautifully decorated modern home has whitewashed concrete floors, monochromatic furnishings in leather and hints of wood.

The ground floor features a spacious lounge with a large TV. Floor to ceiling windows overlook the front courtyard which has a sparkling solar heated pool, spa, outdoor seating and a BBQ.

Level one is a dedicated living space that consists of a huge lounge with a large leather couches centred around a cosy gas fire and TV. There is a glamorous dining space with an 8 seat table and stools under the kitchen bench. The fully-equipped kitchen features lovely Caesarstone waterfall benchtops, quality appliances and a hidden butlers pantry with a second fridge and dishwasher. This living space provides ocean views through glass sliding doors that lead onto a front balcony with an outdoor dining table.

Level two is a spectacular rooftop terrace with wall to wall artificial grass to create the effect of a garden space. There are lounge chairs, a dining table and second BBQ. From here, enjoy wonderful views in all directions including the water right around to Mt Martha and also views of Arthurs Seat.

This home can sleep up to 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms, all located on the ground floor with built-in wardrobes, white plantation shutters and decorated in a French provincial style.

The property is fully secure with high walls and fences. Secure parking is available for two cars in a tandem garage.

The Aston is located directly opposite the beautiful white sandy bay beach with iconic bathing boxes and shallow wading waters - perfect for families with kids.

Walk 5 minutes along Point Nepean Road to the centre of Dromana with its great cafes, restaurants and selection of shops.
