The downstairs light-filled open plan living area features a comfortable sitting area in front of a TV and a dining table which seats 8 people. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas cooktop, electric oven, coffee maker, double door fridge with water dispenser and a dishwasher.
From the living area, a large sliding glass door opens directly onto a fully enclosed and private north facing courtyard. There is an in-built gas BBQ, bench seating and an outdoor dining table.
A second living area is located just inside the front door. It has a work desk making this space suitable as a home office.

Poets Corner in Elwood is conveniently located close to many shopping facilities. Within a 3 minute walk is a small group of shops along Tennyson Street which includes a local supermarket and eateries. For more variety, take a 10 minute walk to the thriving hub of Elwood Village which stretches along much of Ormond Road. Also within a 10 minute walk are the extensive strip of cafes and shops along Glen Huntly Road in neighbouring Elsternwick.
Head to the foreshore and beach - less than a 20 minute walk away or just a couple of minutes by car. There are also a number of parks and gardens to explore nearby.
Public transport options are excellent. Just around the corner on Brighton Road is a tram line which provides easy access to Melbourne's CBD. Alternatively, there are railway stations within walking distance that be used to get to the heart of the city or bayside suburbs including Brighton and Sandringham.
