Odiyana Retreat is a modern and luxurious holiday home, located in the rolling countryside of South Gippsland.

Nestled on 25 hectares of hills and native bush with spectacular panoramic views of Wilsons Promontory, this property provides a magical and unique retreat that is an ideal getaway for families, friends, artists, writers, meditators or anyone simply looking for peace and inspiration.

The home features polished wooden floors, earth walls and full-length windows throughout, providing a perfect vantage point to observe the natural wild weather and wildlife of South Gippsland.

The large open plan living area is perfectly suited to entertaining or for kids to enjoy. Folding recycled Oregon doors enclose a cosy lounge room with a wood heater and reverse-cycle air-conditioning.

Families are well catered for with a collection of children's books and toys, an extensive collection of adult and child DVDs, a quality table tennis table and a TV in the kid's bunk room.

The modern and large kitchen is fully equipped and includes lots of benchtop workspace. There are two fridges, a gas cooktop and oven, a microwave and a quiet Miele dishwasher.

The home has 5 bedrooms and can sleep up to 16 people.

The main bathroom has a toilet, a large shower and bath. A second toilet is located next to the fully equipped laundry.

Spacious balconies surround the home, offering views towards Wilsons Promontory or the valley. The large garden surrounding the home is ideal for playing games and letting kids run around. Animals that may be seen on the property include deer, wombats, wallabies, kookaburras, rabbits and eagles. There are cows and sheep in the adjoining paddocks.

There is ramp access at the front door of the home for wheelchairs.

Covered parking is provided for two cars.

Odiyana Retreat is a 10 minute drive from the township of Foster and 15 minutes from Meeniyan where there are supermarkets, pubs, restaurants and cafes.

Drive 30 minutes to stunning beaches at Sandy Point and Waratah Bay, and also to the entrance of Wilsons Promontory National Park.
