Jam Jerrup Sunset is an ideal relaxing and tranquil seaside getaway, overlooking Western Port Bay and French Island.

This modern apartment occupies the entire ground floor of a two storey home, with the owner living upstairs. The apartment has its own separate entrance, with the driveway being shared.

The open plan living area overlooks the outdoor terrace and offers sea views. The lounge area has comfortable seating and a 44 inch smart LG TV with a Chromecast connector, plus Netflix, Disney+, Stan, Apple+ and Binge free streaming. There is a large DVD collection, games, books and tourist brochures. The kitchenette includes a microwave, a double electric hotplate, bench top oven, electric frying pan, coffee machine, toaster, full size fridge, crockery and cutlery. Complimentary cereals, spreads, milk, coffee and tea are supplied.

Up to 4 guests can be accommodated in this two bedroom apartment. The main bedroom had a double bed which directly opens onto the terrace at the front, where sunset views over the bay can be enjoyed from the bed. There is a second bedroom with two large bunk beds. The private bathroom includes a vanity unit and a shower over the bath. All linen and towels are supplied.

The covered outdoor terrace at the front has a bench table and a gas BBQ, offering amazing sunsets over the water.

Outside is a fenced yard that directly faces the bay. Cows graze in the paddocks at the rear of the property.

From the front gate, enjoy a stroll along the cliff top and down to the safe sandy beach which is perfect for sunbathing, paddling and fishing when the tide is in. There are also beautiful walks through the coastal bush.

Jam Jerrup Sunset is located in the small and secluded coastal village of Jam Jerrup, nestled on the eastern shoreline of Western Port, 3 kilometres off the Bass Highway which links Melbourne to Phillip Island. There are only 40 houses and no shops in Jam Jerrup, however food, fuel and other services are available nearby in Lang Lang (10 kilometres) and Grantville (13 kilometres).

Phillip Island and its many attractions are within easy reach - just 25 minutes drive to the island's bridge and 45 minutes to the Penguin Parade. Within 15 minutes drive of Jam Jerrup is Caldermeade Farm, Maru Koala Park and several award-winning wineries.
