The Little House on the Hill is a charming cottage set on an 8 hectare property. It is positioned on top of a hill, offering endless and ever changing views of the Yarra Valley.

This cottage has all the comforts of home. It is light and airy, with panoramic views from the windows. The spacious open plan living area includes a lounge suite, TV, DVD player, wood fire and reverse-cycle air-conditioning. There is a 4 seat dining table and a kitchenette with a sink, bar fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, cutlery, crockery and glassware. There is one bedroom which has a queen bed. A sofa bed in the living area can accommodate extra guests if required. There is a separate bathroom and all towels and linen are provided.

Outside is a deck with a BBQ and seating that overlooks the surrounding well-maintained cottage garden. Take a leisurely walk around the garden and enjoy the sweeping views.

The cottage is well set well back from the main house on the property, ensuring your total privacy and serenity.

Less than 10 minutes drive away is the town centre of Healesville with its supermarkets, shops, hotels and restaurants.

The Little House on the Hill is perfectly positioned in the heart of the Yarra Valley, within easy reach of wineries, farm gates, the Healesville Sanctuary and Maroondah Reservoir.
