Locarno Cottage is a stylish and spacious holiday retreat that features stunning views over the surrounding forests of Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve.

The contemporary open plan living space includes a relaxing sofa in front of a large wall-mounted TV with Netflix and Stan streaming services, a woodburning heater with about 15kg of firewood supplied and air-conditioning. There is a small dining table for two and a well equipped kitchen with electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee machine and fridge.

This cottage has one bedroom and can sleep up to 2 people.

All linen and basic toiletries are provided.

The deluxe bathroom includes a luxurious spa bath, shower, vanity unit and toilet.

There are several outdoor areas to enjoy at this property. Gaze across to the tree tops from the large rear deck which has a dining table, large cantilever umbrella and gas BBQ, There is a north-facing deck off the bedroom with outdoor chairs which overlooks a landscaped garden complete with shady trees, a water feature and swing seat. The lower deck on the west side of the cottage has seating around a chiminea which is the perfect spot to watch the sunset at the end of the day.

Locarno Cottage is nestled in one of the most desirable parts of Hepburn Springs, providing a relaxing and peaceful getaway. Take a short walk to the Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa complex and be pampered with a range of hot mineral water bathing and spa treatments. The neighbouring Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve is a great place for bush walks, picnics and sampling the waters from several natural mineral springs. Also within walking distance is Hepburn Springs village which has a selection of cafes, restaurants and day spa centres. Just a few minutes drive away is the neighbouring town of Daylesford.
