Mineral Springs Hotel

Mineral Springs Hotel was built in 1935 and has evolved into a luxurious boutique hotel which has been hosting visitors to Victoria's spa country for almost a century.

Accommodation consists of 29 hotel-style rooms and 11 fully self-contained villas.

The hotel rooms section consists of 14 Springs Rooms which can sleep up to 2 people. They are located on the first floor of the original hotel building, some with direct access to an outdoor balcony overlooking the garden. For extra peace and tranquility, there are 15 Garden Rooms which can sleep up to 4 people. They are set amongst the landscaped gardens of the hotel and offer a small cottage experience. All rooms include a comfortable king or queen bed and ensuite with shower. Some rooms also include a spa bath.

The Garden Spa Villas are scattered throughout the grounds of the hotel and offer luxurious self-contained accommodation spread over two levels. The ground level includes a king bedroom with a two person Aero-spa, an ensuite and laundry. The upper level is of an open-plan design and consists of a comfortable lounge with deep leather couches and gas pebble fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen and a covered balcony with day bed. With vehicle parking directly outside these villas, they offer privacy with the convenience of hotel facilities just a short stroll away.

The Argus Dining Room is the hotel's on-site restaurant, located within the original hotel dining room. It serves modern cuisine with fresh ingredients sourced from the kitchen garden and nearby farms and producers. Guests enjoy a varied seasonal menu accompanied by an extensive selection of hand-picked boutique wines. The restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner.

Breakfast is served daily in the elegantly furnished Conservatory. A gourmet selection of breakfast favourites is available, with a cooked to order menu.

A luxury day spa is situated within the grounds of the hotel. It has 11 treatment rooms and offers rejuvenating massage and body treatments. Facilities include two outdoor mineral water spas, a cold plunge pool, steam room, sauna, detox box and outdoor sun deck.
