A Summer Place

A Summer Place is a fantastic holiday home that is light, bright, homely and very comfortable at any time of year.

This split level home has been designed to take advantage of ocean views. There is a large upstairs living area that opens onto a wide verandah.

The living area has comfortable lounge seating, a 50 inch Smart TV, ceiling fans and a large dining table seating 8 people. The fully appointed kitchen has a large corner pantry and includes a stove, microwave, dishwasher, electric frying pan, sandwich press, coffee machine (for ground coffee), crockery and cutlery. Tea, coffee and sugar is supplied.

The home has 4 bedrooms, all with ceiling fans, built-in wardrobes and bedside tables. There is bedding to sleep up to 8 people.

• Bedroom 4 - two single beds

All beds are very comfortable. Doonas, bedspreads and quality pillows are provided.

Three of the bedrooms have sliding doors which open onto a large verandah - perfect on those warm nights to leave the doors open and listen to the roar of the ocean.

There are two bathrooms and two toilets. The laundry has a top loading washing machine with washing power supplied.

Air-conditioning warms or cools the entire home for year round comfort.

This home has internal and external stairs, so it is not recommended for those with limited mobility.

At the back of the home is an enclosed outdoor entertaining area with a small and large gas BBQ, tables and chairs.

There is a double lock-up garage at the front of the home and space for an additional two cars on the driveway.

A Summer Place is located on the surf beach side of Inverloch. Take a 10 minute walk along quiet leafy streets and pathways to various beaches. The town centre of Inverloch is 1½ kilometres from the home.

Sheets, pillowcases and towels can be hired for an additional cost, or you can bring your own. Linen hire service is not available during peak season.

Minimum stay is normally 2 nights except during long weekends (3 or 4 nights) and during peak season of 23rd to December to 7th January (minimum 7 nights).
