The Hobson Dual Living is a spacious double storey holiday home in beautiful Inverloch, perfect for two families or a group of friends to share.

This home has been designed with dual living in mind with a living area, kitchen, bedrooms and a bathroom on each level. This makes it easy for guests who are after a relaxed coastal escape to enjoy time together while still having their own space.

Upstairs is a huge open plan living area with large windows, making this space bright and airy. The sitting area has relaxing sofas and chairs in front of a large TV. The meals area consists of an 8 seat dining table and a kitchen equipped with electric hotplates, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. From this living area, sliding glass doors open onto an expansive balcony and deck which extends along two sides of the home. Surrounded by majestic gum trees and offering lovely views, the deck includes a BBQ, outdoor dining setting and plenty of seating.

Downstairs is a living area with a sofa, pool table and a dining table that seats 4 people. There is a kitchenette which is equipped with a microwave, fridge and sink. A sliding door opens onto a small covered patio with a BBQ.

Both living areas have reverse-cycle air-conditioning to ensure a comfortable getaway at any time of year.

This home has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 9 people.
