Oceanfront Escape Kilcunda is a modern holiday home with stunning ocean views.

The front door of this beautifully appointed home opens into a large open plan living area. The sitting area is bathed in natural light, with large windows opening onto the wide front verandah, providing panoramic water views in the distance. There is a plush lounge suite, 48 inch TV with Google Chromecast, a dining table which seats 8 people and reverse-cycle air-conditioning for year round comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 5 burner gas cooktop, 900mm electric oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Oceanfront Escape Kilcunda has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 people.

From the kitchen area, a sliding door opens onto a covered patio, complete with a gas BBQ and outdoor dining table.

The surrounding garden is fully fenced and includes a small fire pit in the front yard (bring your own wood) and a paved landscaped area at the back.

While the garage is unavailable for guest use, there is space for up to 4 vehicles, including a boat, on the long driveway.

Leave your car behind as everything is within a short walking distance. Cross the road onto the clifftop foreshore reserve where there is a playground, skate park and BBQ shelter. From here, take one of the several walkways down the cliffs and onto the sandy beach below. A 2 minute stroll from this home are several cafes and the iconic Ocean View Hotel with its acclaimed bistro and outdoor water view deck.

For a large selection of shops and eateries, take an 11 minute drive to San Remo - the gateway to Phillip Island - or a 12 minute drive into the large town of Wonthaggi.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
