Feel the peace and serenity from the moment you arrive at Braeview House. This tranquil two storey log home is nestled in a bush setting, located just minutes from the centre of Lakes Entrance.

Upstairs is a spacious open plan living area. One sitting area has a wood fire (bring your own wood), while the second sitting area has a reverse-cycle air-conditioner, TV, movie library, games and jigsaw puzzles. There is a dining table which seats 6 and a fully-equipped kitchen with electric cooktop and oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. From the living area, a sliding glass door opens onto a covered deck with a gas BBQ where you can enjoy the serenity as you look out amongst the trees with nature on your doorstep. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are also located on this level.

Downstairs is another bedroom, bathroom and garage.

This home has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people. All beds have mattress toppers for extra comfort.

Outside is a fire pit (subject to fire restrictions) and ample on-site parking for boats.

Listen out for kookaburras, admire the rosellas and other bird life that are found on the property. Also keep an eye out for echidnas and wombats.

Braeview House is perfect for a family or friends travelling together. It is set on a peaceful ½ hectare bush allotment which also includes Song Bird Log Cabin. While each property is separate and private, they can be booked together for a family or group holiday.

From this peaceful rural location, take a 3 minute drive into Lakes Entrance for shops, restaurants, the marina and the beach.
