Berkley, Florida, Monterey and Belvedere are family units for up to 4 people with a double bed in the open plan living area and two single beds in another room. Bermuda sleeps up to 6 people with a double bed in the open plan living area and 3 single beds plus trundle bed and another room.

Guest facilities include a spacious playground for children, BBQ area and room to park your boat.
