Marram Yilam is a stunning country home set on 2 hectares with breathtaking views. Mansfield and Mount Buller are easily accessible via sealed roads.

With stunning views from every window, this thoughtfully furnished and equipped home has two separate bedroom wings connected by an open plan living area. There is a large and comfortable lounge suite in front of a cosy wood fire, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with an electric hotplate, wall oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and dishwasher. There is also a separate lounge room with a large couch and electric heater.

Sliding doors from the living area lead out onto a covered deck with a gas BBQ and outdoor dining setting.

This home has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people. Two mattresses can be provided for children on request.

There is a double carport which has direct entry into the home through the laundry.

The charming town of Mansfield is a 15 minute drive away, and it is 20 minutes to the Mount Buller ski bus pick-up at Merrijig. Enjoy the thrill of skiing, mountain bike riding, 4-wheel driving or explore all the natural attractions that the scenic High Country has to offer.
