From the living area, sliding glass doors open onto a balcony that overlooks Russell Place below.

On the upper level are the bedrooms and bathroom.

Little Collins has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 4 people.

All linen, towels, toiletries, washing and cleaning products are supplied. A portacot and highchair is available for a small fee - please bring your own cot linen.

Nightly rates are based on a stay of 7 nights. Lower nightly rates apply for longer stays while higher nightly rates apply for shorter stays.

Minimum stays:
For stays within the next 30 days - 3 nights.
For stays 30 to 90 days from now - 7 nights.
For stays more than 90 days from now - 28 nights.
Even if booked within 30 days, Christmas, Australian Open and Grand Prix stays have a 7 night minimum.
