This fresh and contemporary architecturally designed apartment features bright white walls, industrial light fixtures, timber floorboards and modern minimal decor.
The open plan living space includes comfortable seating, TV with a DVD player and a dining table for two. The compact kitchen area has a sink, electric hotplates, microwave, dishwasher and small fridge. Large windows from the living area provide views of the heritage tree-lined street below.

The stylish bathroom with charcoal-toned herringbone tiles includes a walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet.
Please note that while the apartment has no air-conditioning, there are two electric panel heaters and a standing fan. Fresh air can be let in through the windows.
Spring on Collins is located within the magnificent Palazzo-style Alcaston House building, with elevator access available to the apartment. This art deco building is directly opposite Old Treasury Building and diagonally across the street from Parliament House.
Take a picturesque stroll along the "Paris end" of Collins Street for great coffee and upmarket boutiques. The iconic Bourke Street Mall and Melbourne's acclaimed restaurants and shops are just an easy walk away.
Some of Melbourne's best gardens are on your doorstep including Treasury Gardens and the 26 hectare Fitzroy Gardens which is home to a model Tudor village, Cooks Cottage and the Fairies Tree.
Public transport access is excellent, with Spring on Collins situated at the junction of several tram lines which can easily take you to Docklands, St Kilda, Port Melbourne, Richmond and other inner city suburbs. The entrance to Parliament underground railway station is next door, connecting to every suburban railway line in Melbourne.
Key delivery service:
We employ an external key delivery service to meet you with your keys on your day of arrival. The key handover time is to be booked directly with them at least 48 hours prior to your check-in. This service is included in your booking and covers arrivals between 3pm and 6pm. If you are arriving between 6pm and 9pm, an additional after hours fee of $40 will apply. Arrivals after 9pm will incur an additional $100 after hours fee and subject to confirmation. Please confirm if you require an after hours check in at the time of booking to confirm if we can organise this for you.
Please note: guests under the age of 25 must travel with a guest of 25 years of age or older. Guests are required to be 25 years of age or older to stay in this property on their own. Guests not conforming to this policy, unless prior approval is given, will result in denying access to the property and no refunds will be provided. We are happy to consider making exceptions so please contact us if you fall within this age restriction but would love to stay with us.
