Bowerbird House is a private retreat nestled on a serene allotment and surrounded by nature. Wake each morning to the gentle chorus of bowerbirds, kookaburras and lorikeets.

At the centre of this charming home is a bright and airy open plan living area which is comfortable all year round thanks to a cosy wood heater and reverse-cycle air-conditioner. There is a relaxing lounge suite, 55 inch TV, large dining table and a kitchen which is equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher and walk-in pantry.

A sliding door from the living area opens onto a large partially covered rear deck, complete with a BBQ and outdoor dining table.

A nearby walking track leads down to Bancroft Bay where you can enjoy a paddle or picnic beside the water.

Take a 5 minute drive into the heart of Metung village where you will find the waterfront Metung Hotel, other eateries and a general store. Enjoy a day of pampering and rejuvenation at Metung Hotel Springs which is a 7 minute drive from the home. The Gippsland Lakes tourist hub of Lakes Entrance is only 15 minutes away.
