Floor to ceiling windows bathe the the living area of this home in abundant natural light. The sitting area has a luxurious lounge suite, wall mounted Smart TV, relaxing gas log fire and air-conditioning. Steps lead down to a study with a work desk which is at the entrance to the master bedroom.

The open plan kitchen and dining area is a large open space with timber flooring. There is a dining table that seats 6 and a country style kitchen with gas cooktop and oven, coffee machine, fridge and dishwasher. Stackable glass doors open onto a huge covered glass fenced deck which is the perfect outdoor oasis. There is a dining setting, TV, BBQ, built-in cupboards, drinks fridge, ceiling fans and heaters, and mesh blinds. There is also a large sunken spa tub and sun loungers.

Hygge Loft is located 3 kilometres from the heart of Mt Eliza where you will find supermarkets, cafes and a selection of shops. Alternatively, take a 7 minute drive to Mornington's bustling main street for a huge selection of eateries and shopping experiences.

With many beaches just minutes away by car, you will be spoilt for choice. Mount Eliza itself has several picturesque beaches to enjoy, while Mills Beach at nearby Mornington is lined with bathing boxes and offers safe swimming in shallow waters.
