Mornington Peninsula Explorer - Mt Martha Delight is a bright and spacious self-contained apartment which provides the perfect base to relax, explore the Mornington Peninsula or work in peace.

The living room has a comfortable lounge suite, a large Smart TV and a DVD player with an extensive movie library. In the meals area is a dining table which seats 4 and also a breakfast bar with 4 stools. The well equipped kitchen includes an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge and an ample collection of dishes, cutlery and glassware.

There are games provided for the young and old including board games, cards, chips and puzzles. Kids will love what is in the play cupboard - toys, cars, trains, games, books, Mr Potato Heads, dolls and dress up gear.

Evaporative cooling and ducted heating provides comfort all year round.

This apartment has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 4 people.

Outside is a large deck with a BBQ, outdoor setting and retractable awning. Enjoy distant bay views and spectacular sunsets in the evening. There is also a fenced garden beside the apartment which has a number of flowering trees.

Mornington Peninsula Explorer - Mt Martha Delight is attached to the main house where your hosts reside, however the apartment has its own private entrance and private garden. It shares the driveway with the house and there is space for two guest cars. Please note that the window in bedroom 2 overlooks the garden of the main house. While there is no laundry inside the apartment, access to the main house's laundry can be arranged on request with the host.

Just around the corner is the 18 hole Mount Martha Public Golf Course. Also nearby is Mount Martha Park with bush walking tracks and a lookout. Take a 5 minute drive or a 30 minute walk (there is a very steep hill on the way back) to the town centre and the sandy bay beach. Family friendly hotel bistros and a multitude of restaurants and cafes are all within a short drive.

Just a few minutes drive away are dozens of wineries, The Briars Park, Dromana 3 Drive In, Arthurs Seat Eagle and Enchanted Adventure Garden with its treetop zip-line and famous mazes. Peninsula Hot Springs is within a 25 minute drive where you can immerse yourself in several hot springs as well as spa treatments and dining experiences.
