Ngaree is a classic beach house which is nestled in the treetops of a lush valley, offering water views in the distance.

This beautiful home is spread across two levels with the main living spaces on the upper entry level and additional bedrooms on the lower level.

At the front of the entry level is a formal lounge room with comfortable couches and a Smart TV. The second living area is of an open plan design with soaring cathedral ceilings and huge windows which bathe this area in natural light and offer bay and bush views. The air-conditioned sitting area has seating in front of a wood heater and the adjoining dining space has a table which seats 8. The well-appointed kitchen includes a large gas oven and cooktop, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, fridge and dishwasher. From this living area, a sliding glass door opens onto a partially covered expansive entertaining deck with a BBQ and seating. Enjoy views out across to the bay and the surrounding bush. There are two bedrooms located on this level.

On the lower level are two more bedrooms, a bathroom and laundry. This level opens onto a covered terrace which overlooks the garden.

This home has 4 generous bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people.

Ngaree is a serene oasis that is situated on a large 2200 m² block which slopes down to a creek. The home is surrounded by established gardens and golf enthusiasts will love the putting green.

There is a carport which provides covered parking for two vehicles, with additional parking space available on the driveway.

At the end of the street is the 53 hectare Mount Martha Park with its many walking trails through the native bushland.

Take a short drive to surrounding golf courses, Arthurs Seat and safe swimming beaches. The Mount Martha village centre is a 7 minute drive away and includes a small supermarket and a few cafes. Alternatively, take an 8 minute drive to Martha Cove Marina where you can stroll along the boardwalk and admire the boats. Martha's Table, overlooking the marina, is a great spot for formal dining, a casual pizza or purchase gourmet food items from their European food market.
