This two storey home blends period elegance and modern style thanks to fine furnishings, high ceilings, chandeliers, wooden floorboards and multiple living areas.

At the front of the home is a formal lounge room with designer couches and a fireplace. Directly across the hallway is a study which serves as a cosy sitting area.

At the heart of this beautiful home is a spacious open plan living area. This vast space includes a lounge setting, wood fire and a dining table that seats 8 people. The gourmet kitchen with stone benchtops has modern appliances including a large freestanding gas cooktop and oven, double door fridge with ice dispenser and dishwasher. The adjoining butlers pantry has a microwave, coffee machine and is stocked with a supply of crockery and glassware.

From the living area, walk through French glass doors to another lounge room with couches, chairs and a wall mounted Smart TV.

Another set of glass doors from the living area opens onto a large covered entertaining deck complete with a BBQ and an outdoor dining and lounge setting. Adjoining the deck is a 6 person outdoor spa.

This home has 5 bedrooms and can sleep up to 11 people.
