The living area is open and airy with a raked ceiling and expansive windows that take in the surrounding mountain views. There is a wood heater for the cooler months (wood supplied), a dining table and fully equipped kitchen with an electric cooktop, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and extensive range of cookware and crockery. Enjoy a supply of T2 tea and also locally roasted Emme Mac Black coffee beans for use in the Delonghi coffee machine.

Stay comfortable all year round with reverse-cycle air-conditioning in each room.

Whether you are a couple, family or group, Buffalo River can cater for you with flexible booking options. Book the entire home to accommodate up to 6 people. For a couple, the main bathroom along with bedrooms 2 and 3 can be closed off, creating a more intimate stay while still having access to the living areas and laundry. The whole property is still exclusively yours and is never shared with any other guests.

A balcony surrounds much of this home where you can enjoy elevated bush, mountain and valley views. Outside is an entertaining area complete with an outdoor setting, Weber BBQ and fire pit (not for use during fire danger periods). Outside the master bedroom is a wood fired hot tub and an outdoor cold shower. Please note that the hot tub is available for use on request only, and is emptied, cleaned, refilled with fresh spring water and optionally pre-heated before your arrival. During fire danger periods, the tub is for cold plunge use only.

There is ample parking space on the property, including a double car garage.

At Buffalo River you can reconnect, recharge and restore however you please. Be mesmerised by the valley views as kangaroos graze in the distance and kookaburras call. Enjoy activities on the front lawn or explore the bushland trails just beyond your doorstep.
