Arnold's Place

Arnold's Place is a charming holiday rental property situated on a tranquil half acre bush block.

The home is fully furnished. The open plan lounge/dining area has seating for 6 people and includes a combustion heater, TV with Blu-ray/DVD/CD player, radio, iPod docking station and a wide range of books, magazines, board and card games. The kitchen is fully-equipped with an electric cooktop, oven, microwave, electric frypan, steamer, Nespresso pod coffee machine, fridge, crockery and cutlery.

This home has 2 large bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people.

Quality quilts, quilt covers, pillows, towels and bed linen is provided.

The bathroom has a shower, bath, vanity unit and separate toilet.

The laundry is fully equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

Outside there are two entertaining areas. There is a covered space between the house and garage that has a dining table, bar stools and a fridge for drinks and fishing bait. At the front of the house is a large deck with seating and a gas BBQ.

The yard is fully fenced and there is ample space to park cars and boats.

While human neighbours may be out of sight, the garden is regularly visited by some beautiful birds, with seed provided to feed them. Possums, wallabies and the occasional koala may also visit.

Arnold's Place is located on the road to Simsons Landing where the township of Nelson meets the Lower Glenelg National Park. The Glenelg River is just 300 metres away with easy access to the boat launching ramp at Simsons Landing and adjacent picnic area and swimming beach. The property is a two minute drive to all the town's facilities.

Low season (May to August) - $180
High season (September to April) - $220

Rates based on 2 people. Additional guests $25 each per night.

Minimum stay is 3 nights. This is negotiable for shorter stays but is subject to availability and will attract a surcharge.
