Beach House Retreat is a charming holiday unit, perfectly set up for couples, families or friends looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

The front door opens into a beautifully furnished open plan living area which is air-conditioned for year round comfort. There is a chaise lounge, large TV, books, a selection of games and a dining table which seats 4 people. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and a starter supply of tea, coffee and basic cooking essentials.

This unit has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people.

• Bedroom 1 - queen bed
• Bedroom 2 - tri-bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top)
• Studio bedroom (separate from the unit) - queen bed

There is 1 bathroom.

• Main bathroom - shower, vanity unit, separate toilet

All linen and basic toiletries are provided. A portacot can be provided upon request.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

Sliding glass doors from the living area open onto two private outdoor areas. At the back of the unit is a partially covered deck with an outdoor lounge and gas BBQ. Along the side of the unit is a pergola with a dining table.

On-site parking is available in front of the unit.

Take a 5 minute stroll to the centre of Ocean Grove, with its shops, cafes and cafes. A 12 minute walk will take you to the beautiful sandy main beach.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. Excellent golf courses and wineries are nearby. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.

Minimum stay is 2 nights during weekends and 3 to 5 nights during peak periods.
