Bell Street Retreat

Bell Street Retreat is a modern two storey townhouse, located within a short walk of the Barwon River.

Step through the front door into a spacious light-filled open plan living area with soaring ceilings. There is lounge area with a large leather corner couch in front of a wall-mounted Smart TV, while the dining area has a table that seats 8 people. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and dishwasher.

Upstairs is a second living room with a couch, sofa bed and Smart TV.

Split-system heating and cooling units in both living areas provide year round comfort.

This home has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people.

All linen and basic toiletries are provided. A portacot can be provided upon request.

For those with special accessibility needs, there is a ceiling hoist in bedroom 1 (up to 204 kg) and a wheelchair-friendly ensuite with shower and toilet grab rails. A sling for the hoist and a shower/toilet wheelchair are available on request.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and ironing facilities.

Sliding glass doors from the downstairs living area open onto a covered entertaining area complete with an outdoor dining table and gas BBQ. This overlooks a private backyard with sun loungers and lawn.

Parking is available in single garage with additional parking in front of the garage.

Bell Street Retreat is part of a block of 4 townhouses nestled in a quiet residential area of Ocean Grove. Walk 6 minutes to the Barwon River with its waterfront pathway and boat ramp. A 5 minute walk in the opposite direction will take you to beautiful Blue Waters Lake and surrounding parkland. Walk 15 minutes or take a 2 minute drive to the scenic ocean beach or into the heart of Ocean Grove with its shops, cafes and restaurants.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. Excellent golf courses and wineries are nearby. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.
