Dare Street Retreat is a beautifully designed two storey townhouse, located within walking distance of the beach, Barwon River and shops.

The front door opens into a spacious open plan living area with polished wood flooring and large windows which let in lots of natural light. There are comfortable couches, a wall-mounted TV, cosy electric fireplace, air-conditioner and a dining table that seats 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, rice cooker, fridge and dishwasher.

This home has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 7 people.

• Bedroom 1 (downstairs) - queen sofa bed
• Bedroom 2 (upstairs) - king bed, work desk
• Bedroom 3 (upstairs) - tri-bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top), TV, childrens table, books, air-conditioner

There are 2 bathrooms.

• Upstairs bathroom - bath, shower, vanity unit, separate toilet
• Downstairs bathroom - shower, separate toilet

All linen and basic toiletries are provided. A portacot is available on request.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

A sliding glass door from the living area opens out into a landscaped backyard with a sitting area under a large umbrella. There is an area of lawn and fire pit.

Parking for one car is available in front of the garage, with additional parking on the street.

Dare Street Retreat is part of a block of 6 townhouses nestled in a quiet residential area of Ocean Grove. Walk 3 minutes to the end of the street and you will be on the banks of the beautiful Barwon River. An 11 minute walk from the home will take you to the stunning ocean beach. The shops, cafes and restaurants in the heart of Ocean Grove are within an 8 minute walk.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. Excellent golf courses and wineries are nearby. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.

A refundable $250 deposit will be required and paid together with the booking and will be returned within 3 days after check out.

Minimum stay is 2 nights during weekends and 3 to 5 nights during peak periods.
