Fraser Retreat is a home with lots of character, nestled within established gardens in a quiet residential area of Ocean Grove.

At the heart of this home is a spacious open plan living area with polished floorboards, exposed timber ceilings and highlight windows that bathe this space in lots of natural light. The sitting area consists of comfortable couches in front of a wood heater and an entertainment unit with a TV, game console and board games. The adjoining meals area has a dining table that seats 8 people and a split-system cooler/heater. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, rice cooker, fridge, dishwasher and walk-in pantry.

This home has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people.

• Bedroom 1 - queen bed, ensuite, direct access to front verandah
• Bedroom 2 - queen bed
• Bedroom 3 - two sets of single bunk beds

There are 2 bathrooms.

• Main bathroom - shower, vanity unit, separate toilet
• Ensuite - double vanity unit, shower, toilet

All linen and basic toiletries are provided. A portacot can be provided on request.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and ironing facilities.

At the rear of this home is a large elevated deck which has a gas BBQ, bench dining table and and outdoor lounge setting. The deck overlooks a backyard with mature trees, plenty of lawn and a fire pit.

Along the front of the home is a wide verandah that looks out onto a colourful cottage garden. Steps lead up to a double garage, with plenty of parking space available on the driveway.

Fraser Retreat is located within an 8 minute walk of Blue Waters Lake. The shops and cafes in the heart of Ocean Grove are a 19 minute walk or 2 minute drive away. Take a 4 minute drive to the sandy ocean beach.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. Excellent golf courses and wineries are nearby. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.
