Lowe Tide Retreat is an ideal Ocean Grove escape, perfectly suited to families or groups, just minutes from the beach.

This home is decorated in a relaxed coastal style and features light-filled living spaces with modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable and memorable getaway.

The main open plan living area consists of a relaxing air-conditioned lounge area with a wall-mounted TV. The adjoining meals area includes a dining table which seats 10 people and a kitchen which is equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge and dishwasher.

A sliding door from the main living area leads to a second living area at the rear of the home. It has windows on three sides, bathing this space in lots of natural light. There is a large modular couch in front of a TV and a study nook with a desk.

This home has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 people.

• Bedroom 2 - queen bed
• Bedroom 3 - tri-bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top)

All linen and basic toiletries are provided. A portacot can be provided upon request.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and ironing facilities.

Step outside into the lush backyard, complete with a gas BBQ and outdoor setting. There is a large expanse of grass where kids can play.

The long driveway provides ample off-street parking space.

Walk a few steps to the end of the street to Shell Road Reserve which consists of sports ovals, a skate park, playground and an aquatic centre with an indoor heated pool and gymnasium.

Take a 2 minute drive to either Ocean Grove Marketplace or into the town centre of Ocean Grove for your dining and shopping needs. Ocean Grove's main ocean beach is only a 3 minute drive away.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. Excellent golf courses and wineries are nearby. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.
