This property has been been thoughtfully designed and decorated, providing comfortable accommodation with large windows that invite lots of natural light, creating an airy, summer feel.

The spacious open plan living area is located at the front of the home, providing year round comfort with a cosy wood heater and reverse-cycle air-conditioning. There is a relaxing lounge suite, hanging egg chair, large wall-mounted Smart TV and book shelves with a selection of reading material and games. The meals area has a bench dining table with additional seating available under the island kitchen bench. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee maker, double door fridge and dishwasher.

This home has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people.

Outside is a fully fenced garden which is a haven for families to enjoy. An outdoor setting and BBQ provide the perfect alfresco dining experience. Children will love the expansive yard, complete with a trampoline, basketball hoop, swing set and kids play kitchen.

Walk 10 minutes from Minerva to the golden sands of the beach where you can swim in the sparkling ocean, enjoy water sports or simply laze on the sand.

Head to the family-friendly Ocean Grove Hotel for a bistro meal or drinks - less than a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the home. Otherwise the town centre of Ocean Grove, with its selection of cafes and restaurants, is 4 minutes by car.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. Excellent golf courses and wineries are nearby. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.
