The living room at the front of the home has a plush lounge suite and a huge wall-mounted Smart TV. The adjoining dining space has a table which seats 6 people. The fully equipped kitchen has timber benches and includes a gas cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and dishwasher.

This home has 3 bedrooms can can sleep up to 6 people.

Step outside onto the large sunny front deck with an outdoor dining table. This overlooks a yard with planter boxes and lush lawns, all surrounded by a white picket fence with a front gate.

Ocean Escape is located within a quiet residential area, just around the corner from a small group of shops that includes a milk bar and takeaway food. Alternatively, take a 15 minute walk to the extensive selection of shops and cafes along The Terrace in the heart of Ocean Grove. Walk a further 5 minutes to the sandy ocean beach.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. There are an excellent selection of shops, restaurants and cafes, as well as nearby golf courses and wineries. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.
