Ocean Throughway is a stunning two storey holiday home with its own swimming pool that is set within one of the best locations in Ocean Grove - directly across the road from the beach.

This contemporary home has multiple living areas, making it ideal for a family or friends who are looking for a relaxing resort-style getaway together on the coast.

The stylish light-filled downstairs open plan living area features sleek polished concrete flooring and large windows that offer views of the pool. The sitting area has a chaise lounge in front of a large TV and a shelf with board games for those of all ages. The dining area has a table that seats 6 people and directly overlooks the pool. The designer kitchen features a 5 burner gas cooktop, double oven, microwave, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishwasher, walk-in pantry and a double door fridge with an ice dispenser. On the far side of the kitchen is a second sitting area with a set of leather couches. Adjacent to this sitting area is a secluded study nook with a work bench and chairs.

Stairs lead to the upper level where there is an open sitting area with a collection of books and games. There is a separate media room with a large TV and huge corner couch. Also on the upper level is a covered balcony that overlooks the pool below.

This home has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people.

Sliding glass doors from the second downstairs sitting area open onto a large and fully covered outdoor entertaining area. It includes a lounge setting and a 6 burner BBQ directly plumbed into the gas line. This overlooks the sun-drenched solar heated swimming pool which is surrounded by plants.

To access the beach, cross the road and walk through the car park. A track leads over the sand dunes and down steps to the ocean beach below.

Conveniently located next door to Ocean Throughway is Dawn Cafe where you can enjoy barista brewed coffee, breakfast goodies, snacks, drinks and lunchtime meals. Otherwise, take a 4 minute walk around the corner to Ocean Grove Hotel and enjoy a meal in their bistro. The shops, cafes and restaurants in the centre of Ocean Grove are a 2 minute drive away.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. Excellent golf courses and wineries are nearby. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.
