Raven Retreat is a luxurious two storey townhouse nestled in an established residential area of Ocean Grove.

Contemporary coastal design meets warm timber features in this sophisticated home which is perfect for families or a small group. With three separate air-conditioned indoor living areas and two outdoor living areas, there is ample space for everyone.

The entry hallway on the ground floor leads to a cosy lounge room which includes a sofa and chairs. This room faces glass sliding doors that open onto an outdoor decked courtyard with a dining setting and surrounded by lush plants.

Towards the rear of the home is an expansive open plan living area with polished concrete flooring and large windows. There is a sitting area with couches, a Smart TV and dining table that seats 8 people. The sleek kitchen is equipped with quality appliances including an induction cooktop, dual wall ovens, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and a fridge with an ice dispenser.

Upstairs is a dedicated theatre room with a luxurious leather lounge setting, projector screen, sound system and game console. Also upstairs is a dedicated workspace with a large bench and chair.

This home has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people.

Bi-fold glass doors from the ground floor living area open onto a covered entertaining area and large deck. There is a gas BBQ, outdoor dining table and lounge setting. The deck overlooks a neat backyard with a generous area of lawn.

Parking is available on the driveway and also on the street.

Raven Retreat is nestled on a no through street within a leafy area of Ocean Grove, 5 minutes walk from scenic Blue Waters Lake. Take an 11 minute walk or 2 minute drive into the heart of Ocean Grove for a selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. The ocean beach is a 3 minute drive away.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. Excellent golf courses and wineries are nearby. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.
