River Walk

River Walk is a relaxing holiday unit, located close to the serene Barwon River and within easy walking distance from the centre of Ocean Grove.

This vibrant property is nestled in a peaceful and quiet street, proving a tranquil beach escape for a family or small group of friends.

The front door opens into a light and bright open plan living area. This air-conditioned space has a comfortable sofa, large TV and a dining table that seats 4 people. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge and dishwasher.

This unit has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people.

There is one bathroom.

All linen and basic toiletries are provided. Guests will need to bring their own beach towels.

The laundry has a front loading washing machine and ironing facilities.

At the back of the unit is a private patio and garden. There is a decked section with chairs, an outdoor dining setting and BBQ.

River Walk is part of a group of 4 units, accessible via a private driveway. Covered off-street parking for one car is available at the side of the unit block.

Walk just 250 metres to the end of the street and you will be at the tranquil Barwon River. With a pathway along the river's edge, it is a great spot for a leisurely walk, a run or some fishing.

Take a 12 minute stroll into the centre of Ocean Grove, with its vibrant array of restaurants, cafes and shops. The stunning sandy main beach is a 16 minute walk from the unit.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. Excellent golf courses and wineries are nearby. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.
