Roditis is a picture perfect coastal retreat, conveniently located within a short stroll of the beach.

This inviting home offers a blend of relaxation, style, and coastal ambience with extensive slate flooring and plantation shutters.

At the front of the home is a spacious living room with comfortable couches and a large TV with Netflix capability. This space flows through to the dining area with a table and bench seating for 6 people. The charming kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, wall oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher and built-in pantry.

At the rear of the home is a separate recreation room with its own entrance, a bathroom and private outdoor area. Watch some TV or enjoy the challenge of a game of table tennis or darts.

This home has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 7 people.

Roditis is designed for year-round comfort thanks to ducted heating, multiple reverse-cycle air conditioners and ceiling fans.

Along the side of the home is a covered north-facing outdoor entertaining area complete with a dining setting, gas BBQ and marine-grade cafe blinds. This overlooks a lush and private yard where kids can play safely.

There is off-street parking for multiple vehicles, including space for a boat or caravan, behind a locked gate.

Roditis is nestled on a corner block that overlooks the tranquil Begola wetlands. Take a 7 minute stroll to the surf beach or a 3 minute drive to the shops and restaurants in Ocean Grove's vibrant town centre.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. Excellent golf courses and wineries are nearby. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.
