Seabreeze at Oakdean is a modern holiday home located a quiet residential area, close to parkland and shops.

Privately positioned, this beautifully presented home features bright interiors and comfortable spaces, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway for couples, families or a small group of friends.

At the front of this home is an open plan living area with split-system heating and cooling. The lounge area has a large corner sofa, a TV and a work desk. The adjoining meals area has a dining table that seats 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge and dishwasher.

This home has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people.

• Bedroom 2 - queen bed
• Bedroom 3 - single bed, tri-bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top)

There are 2 bathrooms.

All linen and basic toiletries are provided.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

A sliding glass door from the living area opens onto a covered outdoor entertaining area, complete with a dining setting and gas BBQ. This overlooks a small and neat garden which includes a chiminea and cubby house for kids.

The large double garage provides secure parking and has direct access to inside the home.

Seabreeze at Oakdean is conveniently located within a one minute drive of Kingston Village Square shopping centre, 6 minutes from the main shopping strip in the heart of Ocean Grove, and 5 minutes from the beautiful ocean beach.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. Excellent golf courses and wineries are nearby. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.
