The Nest Luxury Stay

The Nest offers immaculate boutique accommodation in separate nests or pods on a private rural estate. Surrounded by stunning views, it is the perfect place for couples looking for a romantic getaway or a relaxing place to retreat to.

Accommodation consists of 5 architecturally designed luxury pods, all with quality fittings and furnishings. Each pod is 7 metres apart with its own entry and no common areas, guaranteeing your privacy. Sustainability is reflected with solar power during the day and water supplied with 100% pure filtrated rain water.

The open plan living and bedroom area has huge ceiling to floor sliding windows, designed to bring the stunning outdoors within. There is a luxurious king size bed, a wall-mounted Smart TV, Bluetooth speakers, a dining table for two and comfortable lounge chair. This space opens onto a private elevated deck with an outdoor heated spa (pod 5 has an outdoor bath instead) where you can enjoy panoramic rural and coastal views.

The kitchenette has a sink, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and bar fridge. There is a selection of complimentary coffee, tea, snacks and drinks. A breakfast welcome pack is provided for the first day.

The beautifully appointed modern bathroom has a walk-in rain shower, quality toiletries and dressing gowns. Linen and towels are supplied for 4 days.

Pod 5 is fully accessible with no steps (the other pods have two steps) and an accessible bathroom with grab rails and fold-down shower seat.

Please note that visitors are not permitted. There is a maximum of two paying adults per pod, except for the accessible pod 5 which can accommodate new mothers with babies up to 6 months old.

The Nest is located high on a hill, offering 180 degree panoramic views along the Bellarine Peninsula, all the way along to the Mornington Peninsula and also the Great Ocean Road. Enjoy stunning sunrises, sunsets and night skies.

This gated 15 hectare private sanctuary is located away from the crowds within pastures which are home to grazing cows and visited by both local and migratory birds.

Take a 5 minute drive to the centre of Point Lonsdale or 7 minutes to Queenscliff. The Searoad Ferry, which links Queenscliff with Sorrento, is less than 10 minutes drive from The Nest.

Minimum stay is 2 nights, except for long weekends and from 1st December to 13th January which is 3 nights.

A $150 cleaning bond is required. This is fully refunded if the accommodation is left in a reasonable condition.
