The Tradesmans Cottage One is a charming 1950s timber mill workers' cottage, nestled among the scenic hills of Porepunkah.

This delightful cottage has been meticulously renovated to offer modern comforts whilst still preserving its historic character, seamlessly blending contemporary living with nostalgic charm.

The front door opens into a bright and light open plan living area which has been stylishly furnished and decorated. Enjoy the comfort of the large couch which is perfectly positioned in front of a cosy wood fire and wall-mounted Smart TV. There is a dining table which seats 6 people. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Smeg electric stove, Smeg stainless steel oven, microwave, De Longhi coffee machine with a supply of locally roasted coffee beans to get you started, dishwasher, fridge and an extensive range of cutlery and crockery. Coffee, T2 tea and condiments are supplied, including breakfast provisions for your first morning.

From the living area, double glass doors open onto a covered deck with an outdoor lounge, dining setting and BBQ. This overlooks the private and secure back yard which has a fire pit and cubby house for the kids.

At the rear of the cottage is a small lounge room with a couch, Smart TV and work desk.
