This architecturally designed property features ultra modern furnishings and floor to ceiling window which capture panoramic views of the Southern Ocean from its idyllic beachfront location.

The sleek and modern open plan living area has a comfortable sitting area, TV, glass log fire and air-conditioner. The meals area consists of a dining table which seats 6 people and a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge and modern appliances.

The villa has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 4 people.

From the back of the villa, follow the foreshore track down to the sandy ocean beach and rocks. A 30 minute walk along the coast and through parkland will take you into the heart of Port Fairy with its historic streetscape, fascinating shops and cafes.
