Hurdit

Hurdit is a fully renovated 1930s cottage which is surrounded by lovely shady gardens.

The cottage consists of a cosy lounge room, a dining room with a 6 seat table and a well-equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and fridge.

Up to 6 people can be accommodated at Hurdit. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. A sofa bed in the lounge can sleep two people.

At the front of the cottage is a verandah with seating. At the back is a deck with a BBQ and outdoor furniture. The surrounding garden is private and secluded, sheltered behind a tall hedge.

Secure off-street parking is available, suitable for a fishing boat trailer and vehicle. The driveway is 3.6 metres wide at its narrowest point.

The cottage is conveniently located just two blocks from the CBD of Portland and the clifftop parkland which overlooks Nuns Beach.

Enjoy the great outdoors at Portland. There are beautiful, diverse and pristine beaches nearby. Beautiful Bridgewater Bay is just 16 kilometres away, and Portland is one of the starting point for the Great South West Walk.

Portland attracts keen fishermen who seek tuna and snapper at various times of the year. Whales frequently visit the harbour and can be seen from the piers, and koalas are a commonly seen visiting suburban gardens.
