Portsea Escape is a relaxed and cosy holiday house with everything you need for that beach getaway.

The home has a large air-conditioned living area with wall-mounted TV and open fire. The kitchen is fully-equipped with an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge. The dining area has a table which seats 8 people and folding glass doors open directly onto a courtyard which has an outdoor table shaded by a large umbrella.

There are 3 bedrooms and the home can sleep up to 8 people.

With two bathrooms, including one with a bath, this property is suitable for one or two families.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and ironing facilities.

The fully fenced large backyard includes a stunning entertaining deck with bench seating and a gas BBQ. There is plenty of room for children to play within a secure and private environment.

Up to two cars can be parked on the property. A large grassed area at the front of the home is suitable for parking a boat behind a secure fence.

Portsea Escape is located within a short walk of the upmarket Portsea village, the Portsea Hotel and the front bay beach. The entrance to the Point Nepean National Park is less than 2 kilometres away.

This property is only available for families or mature groups. Sorry, no schoolies.

Nightly rates from

Off Peak: $420 per night
Shoulder: $550 per night
Peak: $600 per night
High Peak: $700 per night

Christmas / New Year is at high peak rate, the remainder of January is at peak, and weekends in September to December and February to Easter are at shoulder rate.

Your booking will incur a one off booking fee of $40 and $1,000 refundable bond.

Bed linen and towels are included for a surcharge of $255 per stay.
