The Portsea Hideaway

The Portsea Hideaway is a luxury beach house that is tucked away behind an unassuming facade in a quiet residential court.

This solid brick holiday home is light and airy, tastefully decorated and fitted with all the comforts for a relaxing getaway.

The spacious open plan living area has floor to ceiling windows which overlook a private internal courtyard. The lounge area has a 55 inch Smart TV with Netflix and the dinging area has seating for 8 people with additional seating available at the central kitchen bench. The gourmet kitchen has granite benches, a large 900mm oven and stove and a Nespresso coffee machine.

There are 4 comfortable bedrooms, located at each end of this U-shaped house. Up to 11 people can be accommodated, making it ideal for more than one family or a group.

Small children are catered for with portacot, highchair and playpen.

There is ducted heating throughout the home and pedestal fans.

This home wraps around a central large courtyard which provides a stunning outdoor living space. It is complete with a swimming pool (heated only between November and April), gas BBQ, outdoor furniture, paving and a large shady tree.

Ample on-site parking is available for 2 or 3 cars.

The Portsea Hideaway is located 1.2 kilometres or 15 minutes walk from Portsea's shopping village, the Portsea Hotel and bay beach. 1.6 kilometres away is Portsea's ocean beach which is 20 minutes walk away.

For more of a bustling vibe, drive 5 minutes to Sorrento with its many restaurants, cafes, shops and the ferry which goes to Queenscliff. Several golf courses and Peninsula Hot Springs are just a short drive away.
