Breach House Rhyll is a stunning resort-style holiday home, directly overlooking the sparkling waters of the bay.

This two storey property offers luxurious waterfront living, inspired by the grandeur of whales that breach nearby.

The main living area is located upstairs. This enormous open plan living area includes a lounge setting, 65 inch Smart TV with Chromecast and a bench-style dining table. The kitchen and adjoining butlers pantry is equipped with a 5 burner gas cooktop, 900mm electric oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Glass stacker doors open up from the living area onto the large covered front balcony. This is the ultimate relaxation zone with luxurious hotel-style day beds and seating, electric ceiling mounted heaters and uninterrupted panoramic water views along the coast and towards Churchill Island Marine National Park.

Downstairs is a second living area with a large couch, massage chair, table tennis table, 65 inch Smart TV and a selection of board games.

Breach House Rhyll has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 11 people.

The laundry is equipped with a front load washing machine, ironing facilities and a clothes rack.

You will be comfortable all year round with zoned ducted heating and cooling throughout the home.

Under the porch at the front of this home is a 6 person sauna, 5 person electric heated spa pool and an ice cold plunge ice bath. This overlooks an impeccably landscaped front garden with a fire pit (some wood provided to get you started), seating area and outdoor hot shower.

At the rear of home is a covered outdoor deck with seating for 6 people. This overlooks a large and sunny fully fenced grassy backyard, offering plenty of space for children to play.

The double garage has internal access into the home. It has space for one car and has a Type 2 electric vehicle charger and 4 sea kayaks. There is space for 2 more vehicles, including a boat, on the driveway, with additional parking on the street.

Breach House Rhyll is located across the road from the water and just steps from the pier, boat ramp and foreshore playground. Take a 5 minute walk along the coast to a great local cafe and a fish and chips shop. Rhyll's general store is a 6 minute walk away. Take an 8 minute drive into the heart of Cowes for an extensive selection of shops, cafes and restaurants.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 1 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
