Rhyll Harbour Views is a two storey holiday home with delightful water views and multiple living areas, located within an easy walk of the beach.

The main living area is located upstairs. This open plan space is bathed in lots of natural light and has been fully renovated. There is a sitting area with sofas in front of a 52 inch Smart TV with Chromecast and Apple TV, a selection of board games and reading material, and reverse-cycle air-conditioning for comfort all year round. The adjoining meals area has a dining table which seats 8 people. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Sliding glass doors from the upstairs living area open onto a partially covered balcony which spans the length of the home. On the balcony is an electric BBQ and a number of chairs. Relax and enjoy panoramic water views over Rhyll from this elevated position.

Downstairs is the second air-conditioned living room with a wall-mounted 32 inch Smart TV and large sofa.

Rhyll Harbour Views has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 9 people.

• Bedroom 3 (downstairs) - tri-bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top), ensuite, reverse-cycle air-conditioner

• Ensuite (downstairs) - shower, vanity unit, separate toilet located off the laundry

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

The backyard is fully fenced and has a large expanse of lawn. There is a paved area beside the home with an outdoor table and bench seating.

Up to 6 vehicles, including a boat, can be parked in the front yard and on the driveway. The garage is not available for guest use.

Take a 5 minute walk through quiet residential streets to the grassy foreshore and beach area. A 12 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the home are several waterfront eateries in the town centre of Rhyll. Otherwise an extensive selection of shops, cafes and restaurants can be found within a 6 minute drive away in the large town Cowes.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 1 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
