Rhyll Rendezvous is a neat and cosy cottage located within an easy stroll of the beach.

The open plan living area is air-conditioned and includes a comfortable lounge suite in front of a wall-mounted 65 inch Smart TV with Chromecast (no free-to-air TV). The meals area has a dining table that seats 4 people. The fully equipped kitchen has electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher, walk-in pantry and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

A sliding glass door from the meals area opens onto a deck with a gas BBQ and outdoor seating that overlooks the backyard.

Rhyll Rendezvous has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 4 people.

There is one bathroom.

The laundry is fully equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

At the front of the home is a covered entry deck with a table for two that overlooks the fully fenced front yard with a large expanse of lawn. The long driveway provides parking space for up to 5 vehicles including a boat.

The nearest sandy beach is located within a 12 minute walk of the home. Take a 2 minute drive or 20 minute walk to the town centre of Rhyll where there are several eateries overlooking the main beach.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
