Sky Mirror Cottage is a two storey home with delightful water views, located just a few steps from the beach.

The open plan living area has reverse cycle air-conditioning and a gas heater. There are comfortable couches, a TV with DVD player and a dining table that seats 6. The fully appointed kitchen has a gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

The living area opens onto a patio which has a gas BBQ. This overlooks an enclosed front and side yard with space for kids to safely play.

Sky Mirror Cottage has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 9 people. All bedrooms have electric coil heaters.

• Bedroom 3 (upstairs) - 2 double beds, 1 single bed, sitting area, large balcony with water views

There is one bathroom.

Sky Mirror Cottage is located in one of the best spots at Rhyll. Simply walk one minute to the end of the street and you will be on the grassy foreshore overlooking the sandy swimming beach. Otherwise, walk 5 minutes to the jetty and a further 2 minutes to a selection of eateries in Rhyll's small shopping strip. All the attractions of Phillip Island are just a few minutes drive away.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
