Aloha Beach House Retreat is a renovated beach home that has everything you need for a wonderful holiday in Rosebud.

The entire property can sleep up to 21 people. There is a 3 bedroom main house (sleeps 13) and the option of occupying the separate unit on the property (sleeps 8).

Main house:

The renovated main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It can sleep up to 13 people, making it suitable for one or two families. It has air-conditioning and heating for year-round comfort.

• Bedroom 1 - queen bed, built-in robes, TV/DVD combo on wall, ensuite with 2 person shower and hair dryer
• Bedroom 2 - 2 double beds with 2 single bunk beds on top, built-in robes, TV/DVD combo on wall

• Main bathroom - frameless shower with waterfall shower head, relaxing 2 person hydrotherapy spa bath, hair dryer

This unit is fully self-contained and is ideal for either another family or for kids to stay together. It can sleep up to 8 people.

• A very comfortable pull-out leather sofa double bed
• Lounge with 48 inch Sony TV, Sony stereo and XBox 360
• Fully renovated kitchen with oven, gas cooktop, microwave, dish drawer dishwasher, large double door fridge/freezer

All bed linen, bath mats, hand towels, bathroom soaps, tea towels, dish sponges, dishwashing liquid, bench sprays and dishwasher powder are provided.

Highchairs, portacots, baby baths and baby toys are available on request.

Outside is a covered outdoor entertaining deck with a BBQ and dining area that overlooks the backyard. There is also an outdoor shower and toilet.

There is a high brick fence at the front of the property and new fences around the entire block for the safety of children and/or pets. Secure parking is available for up to 6 cars.

Personal keycode access to the property means you don't have to carry keys with you.

A large range of beach activity equipment is available for guests to use including boogie boards, Wahu cricket set, frisbees, totem tennis, badminton, beach volleyball and kites. To make the most of a day at the beach, picnic baskets, rugs, beach chairs and pop-up sun shades are also provided.

Aloha Beach House Retreat is suitable for couples, families, small groups, large groups and corporate getaways. The property is not available to groups of people under the age of 25.

The commercial centre of Rosebud with its supermarkets, shops, restaurants and cafes, is 500 metres from this property. The Rosebud Pier and beach is a 5 to 10 minute walk away.
