Aqua Retreat is a lovely home situated in a quiet court, nestled between the front and back beaches of Rye. It offers ideal accommodation for a relaxing family beach holiday.

The light and airy living areas feature polished floorboards throughout. The lounge room includes a large plasma Smart TV with Optus Fetch (Platinum package), DVD player and comfortable couches. It opens onto a dining area with seating for 6 people and a fully-equipped kitchen with gas cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee machine that takes ground coffee, fridge and dishwasher.

There are 3 bedrooms and the home can sleep up to 6 people.

The bathroom has a vanity unit and a bath with an overhead shower.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.

Ducted heating and air-conditioning ensures this home is comfortable during both a summer getaway and winter escape.

The home is set within a beautiful natural garden which is peaceful and private and includes a built-in gas BBQ. There is a covered lounge area with large couches that overlook the swimming pool which is solar heated during the months of November to April, requiring the sun to be effective.

Aqua Retreat is just a short stroll from the renowned Peninsula Pantry Cafe where you can enjoy breakfasts, sweets, pastries and great coffee.

Off Peak: $350 per night
Shoulder: $525 per night
Peak: $650 per night
High Peak: $700 per night

Christmas / New Year is at high peak rate, the remainder of January is at peak, and weekends in September to December and February to Easter are at shoulder rate.

Your booking will incur a one off booking fee of $40 and $1,000 refundable bond.

Bed linen and towels are included for a surcharge of $185 per stay.
